Travelling  Workshops

I deliver workshops across museum, gallery and outdoor venues.  The joy of these drawing encounters, is the ease they create for those who take part. To draw together, to engage with abstract and visual narrative building is a stimulating and confidence building opportunity.  Workshops are adapted to suit a particular group, ages of participants and all creative abilities.  They are perfect for cross-cultural, inter-generational engagment.

The following images are from workshops held at various venues across the Midlands.  The Rural Art Hub, Shropshire - a weekend indepth engagement with the land and mosses in the Ellesmere area. The Glass Museum, Stourbridge - a closed museum session, drawing amongst the collection.

A favourite venue is The Arches in Worcester with its high ceiling and generous windows and an outdoor space. This has been used to work with a group of art therapists for a BCAT CPD day. An 'Absorbing a Summer Sky' workshop was delivered here last Summer - making the most of the outdoor space.

Workshops have been commissioned by Creative Black Country for their Creative Community programme. Family workshops 'Welcoming Spring' and for a pilot workspace creative wellbeing programme in Wolverhampton. A pleasure to run a workshop for The Hive, Victoria Street, Birmingham through funding from Jewellery Quarter Common Room, to deliver a workshop looking at scale - from micro to macro, for their Creative Habits Group.

'Thanks again for delivering such a brilliant session – you were incredibly

sensitive to everyone's needs.'

I am always interested to work in new spaces and places. Please contact me if you, you have a group / your organisation are interested in a workshop. ENQUIRY
