'stitch-paper-stitch' presents a dialogue between voice and image.
The 'stitch' of the title bears the ancient role of the storyteller - weaving a conversation for a girl and her empowerment.

Central to the film is a spoken poetic that unfolds through the tone and rhythm of the slowly emerging image. The girl converses with herself through the activity of drawing. A material encounter is created, where textures from the image support and disperse around the voice.
